Maria D’Albert

Maria D’Albert is a digital transformation leader who creates strategies and products based on user experiences and smart data to reach new channels and markets. A partner at Further Advisory, a management consulting firm, Maria has a track record of delivering inception-to-scale innovation based on more than 20 years of experience with financial services, technology, and data-driven organizations. She is a former VP of Information Products at MasterCard; Director of Digital Capabilities at American Express; and has worked with SAP, PwC, The NPD Group, TravelClick, and a cross-section of startups. Maria’s approach combines strategy and design-thinking to challenge assumptions, define critical requirements, and bring the best out of teams, all while building trusted partnerships across corporate, startup, and global nonprofit environments. Maria holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and a B.A. in History and French from Vassar College. A dual Swiss/US citizen, she speaks French and basic Spanish.
