  • Examined Experian communications, business plans and competitor communications, as well as extensively interviewed managers across the company, to determine business strengths and differentiating capabilities
  • Created new messaging and developed new presentation decks
    Focused on targeted media outreach resulting in bylined articles in American Banker and coverage in a variety of industry trade publications
  • Developed public relations efforts to merge the work of the Capital Markets and Government groups in light of discussions with the US Treasury, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FDIC; conducted media breakfasts to introduce key executives and Experian’s depth of expertise
  • Drafted comprehensive copy for application across a variety of communications including web copy for an Experian Capital Markets website
  • Collaborated with the head of product development to brand new products, define distinguishing elements and determine price points
  • Developed promotional materials for major conferences and trade booths, e.g. the Securitization conference and ABS East

Launched a fully-integrated marketing and communications program that included extensive media relations coverage, a new website, special events and advertising.
